I would not recommend Johnsons Mazda Gloucester because I was told that my car had failed its MOT and that it needed two new tyres and “in an ideal world” the brakes replaced. On pressing the staff member I learned that only one tyre needed replacing and that the brakes were ok. I had in fact had brake pads and discs replaced at 39000 miles, just 8000 miles of wear. You will see from the VSI that they have only 20-30% wear. This is the sort of thing I would have expected from Kwikfit in their bad days, not a main dealership. I was prepared to pay a premium for good service but this experience has left me wondering if it’s really worthwhile.
I was pleased with Johnsons Mazda Gloucester and would recommend them because they are very professional. Good clear communication and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
